  • Setting up of financial accounting on our system including the development of a chart of accounts (Abacus)
  • Development and organisation of finance and accounting departments including the setting up of the necessary EDP software
  • Possibility of web-based collaboration with clients via AbaWeb
  • Management of financial accounting for all industries and organisational forms
  • Preparation of value added tax statements including year-end reconciliation
  • Representation of foreign contractors in matter of Swiss VAT
  • Handling of your invoicing, management of accounts receivable, dunning processes as well as all collection procedures
  • Management of accounts payable including handling of your domestic and international payment transactions
  • Management of payroll accounting, preparation of all social insurance and withholding tax statements as well as salary statements, handling of your human resources administration including registration/deregistration with the responsible agencies, processing of payroll orders
  • Management of accounts payable incl. taking care of your domestic and foreign transactions
  • Management of plant accounting as well as compiling of cost centre and cost unit reports
  • Training of accounting staff
  • Limited assignment as finance and accounting manager or as financial controller as well as fulfilment of deputy functions
